However, these same sectors have also been the ones to suffer in varying degrees from the bursting of the Internet bubble. Telefinance expects that both Brazilian and international investors will be interested in many of the new projects and investment opportunities created by the deregulation of the telecommunications sector beginning in 2002, and with the coming change in the media regulations permitting foreign investment.
